Did a lot of head scratching trying to mark where the inlays went while my fingers were in the way. I figured out that I could tape down half the inlay, mark the half still open, tape the other half and remove the first tape, then mark the other half. worked a treat.
Inlay recesses were routed out and pearl glued in with a mix of epoxy and ebony dust. After a day, scraped and sanded flush.
For the side marker dots, I used a drill press for the holes and super glue for the plastic dots.
