Tea burst is done.
This actually took two attempts. Stain really makes imperfections in the wood stand out. The first attempt made some issues where I didn't have things quite level, and there was some rougher grain in the valleys.
I sanded that all off and started over. Went much better the second time.
To start, with a paper towel, I rubbed on an even coat of denatured alcohol and a few drops of amber and a drop of medium brown liquid stain.
Then I added another couple of drops of amber and a lot of brown to the existing cup of stain and sprayed the burst with a jamb gun.
